防冲吸能构件吸能特性分析及结构优化研究

Energy absorption characteristics and strengthening optimization of anti-impact energy absorption components

摘要 为了增强防冲支架防冲让位性能以减轻因深部开采可能导致的冲击地压危害,将原有预折纹构件加强为一种新型预折纹构件。通过数值模拟,对比了加强前后构件竖向压缩下的反力变化与应变演化,研究了肋板、内嵌管和圆箍厚度对构件吸能性能的影响规律,采用了NSGA-Ⅱ遗传算法对厚度进行优化求解,最终确定了最优尺寸:肋板厚度为3.00 mm,内嵌管厚度为2.45 mm,圆箍厚度为4.31 mm。与原构件相比,优化后构件能量吸收性能更好且反力波动更平稳,应用于支架能更好地实现防冲让位效果,研究结果可为防冲吸能构件设计提供有益参考。 To enhance the anti-impact yielding performance of rockburst-resistant hydraulic supports and mitigate dynamic hazards caused by rockburst in deep coal mining,the original pre-folded energy-absorbing component is reinforced into a novel structural configuration.Numerical simulations are conducted to compare the resistance variations and strain evolution of both original and reinforced components under vertical compression.The influence patterns of rib plate thickness,embedded tube thickness,and hoop thickness on energy absorption performance are systematically investigated.The NSGA-II genetic algorithm is employed for multi-objective optimization of these thickness parameters,yielding optimal dimensional configurations:rib plate thickness of 3.00 mm,embedded tube thickness of 2.45 mm,and hoop thickness of 4.31 mm.Compared to the original design,the optimized component demonstrates enhanced energy absorption performance with more stable resistance fluctuations,thereby achieving superior anti-impact yielding functionality when implemented in hydraulic supports.This study provides valuable insights for the design of anti-impact energy absorption components in rockburst prevention systems.
