摘要
在全球绿色低碳发展加速推进及“双碳”目标实施的新形势下,装配式结构以其高效、低碳优势成为新能源变电站建设的关键技术。该文对变电站预制装配式结构常用连接节点的形式进行介绍并对其腐蚀机理及腐蚀造成的危害进行研究分析,又从节点选用、防腐措施和后期维护3方面对变电站装配式结构连接节点的全过程防腐防水方法进行总结分析,最后从材料创新、智能化和绿色化等方向讨论分析变电站装配式结构连接防腐防水方法的优化方向,旨在为新能源变电站装配式结构的防腐设计优化与长效运维提供设计参考。
Under the new situation of accelerating global green and low-carbon development and the implementation of the"Double Carbon"goals,prefabricated structures have become a key technology for the construction of new energy substations with their high efficiency and low-carbon advantages.This paper introduces the common forms of connecting nodes in prefabricated prefabricated structures in substations,and studies and analyzes their corrosion mechanism and hazards caused by corrosion.It also summarizes and analyzes the whole process of anti-corrosion and waterproofing methods for connecting nodes in prefabricated structures in substations from three aspects:node selection,anti-corrosion measures and later maintenance.Finally,the optimization direction of anti-corrosion and waterproofing methods for connection of prefabricated structures in substations is discussed and analyzed from the directions of material innovation,intelligence and greening.The purpose is to provide design reference for anti-corrosion design optimization and long-term operation and maintenance of prefabricated structures in new energy substations.
