“岗课赛证”融通的现代物流管理职业本科教材建设路径研究

Research on the Construction Path of Modern Logistics Management Vocational Undergraduate Textbook Integrating"Job Course Competition Certificate"

摘要 在职业教育本科阶段,教材建设作为人才培养方案和课程标准制度完善的关键,对标准化、正规化发展具有基础性作用。针对现代物流管理专业,文章采用“岗课赛证”融通理论,通过访谈法和案例分析法,系统分析教材建设现状、不足及原因,并提出对策和建议,以提升教材开发效率,优化职业教育工作。研究结果表明,为实现“岗课赛证”融通,教材建设需汇聚多元主体共同开发教材,融入技能竞赛元素和对接职业资格证书标准,加强数字化教材建设,以及完善教材评价体系与反馈机制。文章为职业本科教材建设提供了理论依据和实践指导。 In the context of vocational education at the undergraduate level,textbook construction serves as a critical foundation for the refinement of talent cultivation plans and curriculum standards,playing a fundamental role in the development towards standardization and formalization.Focusing on the modern logistics management major,this study employs the"job-course-competition-certificate"integration theory,utilizing interview and case study methods to systematically analyze the status,deficiencies,and causes of textbook construction,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the efficiency of textbook development and optimize vocational education.The study reveals that to achieve"job-course-competition-certificate"integration,textbook construction must involve the collaborative development of diverse stakeholders,incorporate elements of skill competitions,align with vocational qualification standards,strengthen the construction of digital textbooks,and improve textbook evaluation systems and feedback mechanisms.This research provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the construction of vocational undergraduate textbooks.
