摘要
为解决传统食品供应链中存在信息不对称、追溯困难以及碳排放难以控制等问题,构建基于区块链的企业主导型食品闭环低碳供应链运营模式,关注企业如何运用区块链技术构建可追溯系统,实现食品从源头到餐桌的全程可追溯。在生产源头考虑逆向分类回收机制,形成从采购、生产、消费到逆向回收的全流程闭环管理,运用智能合约激励各环节参与主体积极响应低碳行为,促进资源的循环利用,减少环境污染,实现供应链的可持续发展。通过数据模拟验证,该模式能够激励供应链各环节参与主体采取低碳行为,降低碳排放,从而实现经济效益与环境效益的双赢,为企业主导型食品供应链的可持续发展提供了新的思路和方法。
In traditional food supply chains,there exist problems such as information asymmetry,difficulty in traceability and challenges in controlling carbon emissions.A type of blockchain-based enterprise-led food closed-loop low-carbon supply chain operation model,focusing on how enterprises can use blockchain technology to build a traceability system to achieve full traceability of food from the source to the dining table.Consider the reverse classification and recycling mechanism at the production source,forming a full-process closed-loop management from procurement,production,consumption to reverse recycling.Utilize smart contracts to incentive participants in all links to actively respond to low-carbon behaviors,promote the recycling of resources,reduce environmental pollution,and achieve sustainable development of the supply chain.The research shows that this model can encourage the participants in all links of the supply chain to adopt low-carbon behaviors and reduce carbon emissions,so as to achieve a win-win situation between economic benefits and environmental benefits,and provide new ideas and methods for the sustainable development of enterprise-led food supply chain.
