摘要
文章探讨以解表开窍法治疗眼病的重要性。首先,明确中医“窍”的定义、状态与作用,提出眼为九窍之一;其次,论述何谓“表”,阐明“眼窍为表”的理论依据;最后,探讨解表开窍法在眼科中的应用,摒弃了眼底病治疗多从脏腑辨证、从里证入手的思路,提出眼病尤其非眼表病也可从表解,并通过病案举例进一步验证眼底病从表解的治疗效果更佳。
This paper discussed the importance of exterior-releasing and orifice-opening method in the treatment of eye disease.At first,determining the definition,state and the role of the orifice and the eyes is one of the nine orifices.Then discussing what is exterior and the theoretical basis of the“eye orifice as the exterior”.Finally,putting forward the application of the exterior-releasing and orifice-opening method in the treatment of eye disease.It abandons the idea that eye diseases are mainly based on syndrome differentiation of viscera and starts with internal syndrome,and opens up eye diseases,especially non-exterior eye diseases,which can also be solved from the exterior,and examples of medical records further verify that the treatment of eye diseases from releasing the exterior is more effective.
