摘要
目的观察腹背肌功能锻炼联合独活寄生汤治疗非特异性下腰痛(nonspecific low back pain,NLBP)的临床效果。方法将60例NLBP患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用独活寄生汤治疗,观察组采用腹背肌功能锻炼联合独活寄生汤治疗,观察治疗前后2组视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分、健康调查量表(SF-36)评分及临床疗效。结果治疗后、治疗结束1个月后,2组VAS、ODI评分均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组SF-36评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后、治疗结束1个月后的临床总有效率为93.33%(28/30)、86.67%(26/30),分别高于对照组的63.33%(19/30)、56.67%(17/30)(P<0.05)。结论腹背肌功能锻炼联合独活寄生汤治疗NLBP效果明显。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of abdominal and dorsal muscle functional exercise combined with Duhuo Jisheng decoction in the treatment of nonspecific low back pain(NLBP).Methods Sixty patients with NLBP were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Duhuo Jisheng decoction,while the observation group was treated with abdominal and dorsal muscle functional exercise combined with Duhuo Jisheng decoction.The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,Oswestry disability index(ODI)scores,36-item short form health survey(SF-36)scores before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy were observed and compared between the two groups.Results One month after the end of treatment,the VAS scores and ODI scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The SF-36 scores of both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment and one month after the end of treatment,the total clinical effective rates of the observation group were 93.33%(28/30)and 86.67%(26/30)respectively,which were higher than those of the control group[63.33%(19/30)and 56.67%(17/30)](P<0.05).Conclusion Abdominal and dorsal muscle function exercise combined with Duhuo Jisheng decoction has obvious curative effect on NLBP.
