基于内河船舶工况的并联式混合动力系统能量管理策略

Energy Management Strategy of Parallel Hybrid Powertrain Based on the Operating Conditions of Inland Ships

摘要 [目的]针对内河港口拖船缺乏统一、典型航行工况的问题,[方法]以典型中国内河港口拖船的航行数据为依据,成功构建符合中国内河港口拖船特性的典型航行工况。提出一种并联构型的混合动力系统解决方案,对系统中的螺旋桨、柴油发动机、可逆电机和动力电池等主要部件进行参数匹配及仿真建模。设计基于逻辑门限值和基于动态规划等2种不同算法的能量管理策略,通过引入等效油耗的概念将电池电量转化为燃油消耗从而统一评价指标。基于所构建的典型航行工况,对所匹配的混合动力系统进行仿真研究,对比分析在不同动力电池初始SOC条件下的系统燃油消耗量和转矩分布情况。[结果]结果表明:在构建的典型航行工况下,相较于基于逻辑门限值的能量管理策略,基于动态规划的能量管理策略能够更好地发挥并联式混合动力系统的经济性能,可实现节省4.99%~6.32%的燃油消耗。[结论]研究成果为内河船舶工况的并联式混合动力系统提供参考。 [Purpose]To addresss the lack of unified and typical navigation conditions for inland port tugboats,[Method]extensive operational data and successfully constructs a representative model are collected.It proposes a hybrid propulsion system solution with a parallel configuration and conducts parameter matching and simulation modeling for the main components,including propellers,diesel engines,reversible motors,and power batteries.Two different energy management strategy(EMS)based on logic threshold and dynamic programming are designed,and the evaluation index is unified by introducing the concept of equivalent fuel consumption that converts the battery power into fuel consumption.The matching hybrid system is simulated based on the typical navigation conditions,and the fuel consumption and torque distribution of the system under different SOC conditions of the power battery are compared and analyzed.[Result]The results show that,under the typical navigation condition built,compared with the energy management strategy based on logic threshold value,the energy management strategy based on dynamic programming can better utilize the economic performance of the parallel hybrid propulsion system and save 4.99%to 6.32%of fuel consumption.[Conclusion]the results provide a reference for energy management strategy of parallel hybrid powertrain.
