污水源热泵技术应用与效益分析

摘要 城市污水排放量巨大,含有大量的余温热能,通过污水源热泵技术采用供热、供冷形式输出是实现“碳中和”的重要途径,对行业低碳环保发展意义重大。为了得出污水源热泵不同供热系统经济环境效益差异,以安徽省某污水厂办公楼为例,对比直接、间接式污水源热泵与空气源热泵投资及运行费用。结果显示:直接式污水源热泵总投资低于间接式污水源热泵16.5%,高于空气源热泵30%;直接式污水源热泵运行费低于间接式7.2%,低于空气源热泵73%,财务内部收益率为8.26%,动态回收期为7.5 a,具有很好的经济效益。此外,直接式污水源热泵相比空气源热泵每年可节约用电7.28 kWh,减少CO_(2)排放2400 kg、SO_(2)排放3.0 kg、NO_(x)排放1.2 kg、PM2.5排放1.0 kg,低碳环保效益显著。 Urban sewage discharge is enormous and contains abundant waste heat energy.Utilizing sewage source heat pump technology to output energy in the form of heating and cooling is an important approach to achieve carbon neutrality,which is of great significance for the low-carbon and environmental protection development of the industry.To identify the differences in economic and environmental benefits among different heating systems of sewage source heat pumps,this study takes the office building of a sewage treatment plant in Anhui Province as a case study,comparing the investment and operating costs of direct sewage source heat pump,indirect sewage source heat pump and air source heat pump.The results show that the total investment of the direct sewage source heat pump is 16.5%lower than that of the indirect type and 30%higher than that of the air source type.Its operating cost is 7.2%lower than the indirect sewage source heat pump and 73%lower than the air source heat pump,with a financial internal rate of return(FIRR)of 8.26%and a dynamic payback period of 7.5 years,demonstrating excellent economic benefits.In addition,compared with the air source heat pump,the direct sewage source heat pump can save 7.28 kWh of electricity annually,reduce CO_(2)emissions by 2400 kg,SO_(2)by 3.0 kg,NO_(x)by 1.2 kg,and PM2.5(Particulate Matter 2.5)by 1.0 kg,showing remarkable low-carbon and environmental protection benefits.
