高硬度麻粒岩破碎与高温环境温控系统设计研究——河北尚义抽水蓄能电站工程实践

摘要 为了有效解决河北尚义抽水蓄能电站工程建设中面临的太古界麻粒岩高硬度破碎及高温环境混凝土温控的技术难题,通过理论计算与工程类比方法,分析了麻粒岩矿物组分特征及高温混凝土热力学性能,提出了“三段破碎+梯级预冷”的集成设计方案,砂石系统采用“颚式粗碎+圆锥中细碎+立轴制砂整形”工艺,拌和系统配置“一次风冷+拌和楼料仓风冷骨料+冷水拌和”三级预冷措施。研究表明:系统处理能力达580 t/h,骨料针片状含量控制在4.8%以下,混凝土出机口温度稳定维持在12~14℃,各项指标均优于设计要求。该设计方案可有效解决高硬度岩石破碎与高温温控的协同技术难题,可为类似地质与气候条件下的抽水蓄能电站辅企系统设计提供技术参考。 To effectively solve the technical problems of crushing high-hardness Archean granulite and concrete temperature control in high-temperature environment faced in the construction of Hebei Shangyi Pumped Storage Power Station,through theoretical calculation and engineering analogy methods,the mineral composition characteristics of granulite and the thermodynamic properties of high-temperature concrete were analyzed.An integrated design scheme of"three-stage crushing+stepped precooling"was proposed.The aggregate system adopts the process of"jaw coarse crushing+cone medium and fine crushing+vertical shaft sand making and shaping",and the mixing system is equipped with three-stage precooling measures of"primary air cooling+wind-cooled aggregate in the mixing plant silo+cold water mixing".The research results show that the system processing capacity reaches 580 t/h,the content of needle and flake aggregate is controlled below 4.8%,the temperature of concrete at the outlet of the mixer is stably maintained at 12~14℃,and all indicators are better than the design requirements.This design scheme can effectively solve the collaborative technical problems of high-hardness rock crushing and high-temperature temperature control,and can provide technical reference for the design of auxiliary enterprise systems of pumped storage power stations under similar geological and climatic conditions.
