新疆桑皮勒水电站沥青混凝土心墙坝有限元应力变形特征研究

Study on Finite Element Stress and Deformation Characteristics of Asphalt Concrete Core Dam of Sangpile Hydropower Station in Xinjiang

摘要 为深入研究全疆最大装机高海拔水电站桑皮勒水电站沥青混凝土心墙坝大坝在各工况下的应力分布与变形规律,分析沥青混凝土心墙坝的变形协调和安全性。利用ABAQUS软件,建立了桑皮勒水电站沥青混凝土心墙坝二维有限元模型,材料本构采用邓肯张E-B模型,对沥青混凝土心墙坝进行了分层施工模拟加载,精确模拟了沥青混凝土心墙坝在各种工况下的变形行为。结果表明:在竣工期和正常运行期,坝体最大竖向沉降变形分别为0.91 m和0.99 m,分别为坝高的0.455%和0.495%。整体来看,本次静力计算应力变形特征值的分布,符合一般沥青混凝土心墙坝的规律,结果较为合理。研究成果可推动邓肯-张模型在工程实际中的发展与完善,提高了其在复杂工程条件下的应用效果。 To further study the stress distribution and deformation laws of the asphalt concrete core dam of Sangpile Hydropower Station-the hydropower station with the largest installed capacity and at high altitude in Xinjiang-under various working conditions,and to analyze the deformation coordination and safety of the asphalt concrete core dam,a two-dimensional finite element model of the asphalt concrete core dam of Sangpile Hydropower Station was established by using ABAQUS software.Simulated layered construction loading was carried out on the asphalt concrete core dam,and the deformation behavior of the asphalt concrete core dam under various working conditions was accurately simulated.The results show that:during the completion period and normal operation period,the maximum vertical settlement deformation of the dam body is 0.91 m and 0.99 m,accounting for 0.455%and 0.495%of the dam height,respectively.On the whole,the distribution of characteristic values of stress and deformation from this static calculation conforms to the laws of general asphalt concrete core dams,and the results are relatively reasonable.The research results can promote the development and improvement of the Duncan-Chang model in engineering practice and enhance its application effect under complex engineering conditions.
