一起66 kV并联电容器装置故障原因分析

摘要 针对某500 kV变电站发生的一起66 kV并联电容器不平衡电流互感器炸裂故障进行调查分析,通过故障录波分析、电容器高压试验、实时数字仿真(real-time digital simulator,RTDS)试验分析了保护动作的行为及原因。经分析,故障原因为电容器放电线圈内部匝间短路引起电容器桥臂短路,导致不平衡电流互感器炸裂,同时指出本次故障电容器组不平衡电流互感器选型不合理。分析结果验证了仿真试验的有效性,并指出在技术规范书中明确技术参数要求,供后续电流互感器选型时参考的建议。 An investigation and analysis are conducted on an explosion fault of an unbalanced current transformer in a 66 kV shunt capacitor bank at a 500 kV substation.Through fault recording analysis,high-voltage testing of capacitors,and realtime digital simulator(RTDS)testing,the behavior and causes of the protection operation are analyzed.It is revealed that the cause of the fault is an interturn short circuit within the capacitor discharge coil,causing a short circuit in the capacitor bridge arm and subsequent explosion of the unbalanced current transformer.The investigation also points out an inappropriate selection of the unbalanced current transformer for the affected capacitor bank.The result verifies that the effectiveness of the simulation experiment and recommended explicitly defining technical parameter requirements in the technical specification document for future current transformer selection.
