职业院校产教融合组织惰性的生成逻辑、影响样态与纾解策略

Generation Logic,Influence Patterns,and Mitigation Strategies of Organizational Inertia in Industry-education Integration of Vocational Colleges

摘要 职业院校在推动产教融合的实践过程中,面临制度落实的表层化与组织边界固化、资源整合的封闭化与合作松散联结,以及合作实践的程式化与创新响应迟滞等组织惰性的深层阻滞。其根源在于教育逻辑育人本位与产业逻辑效益优先的内在张力、行政逻辑的过度渗透与路径依赖,以及利益分配的结构性矛盾与组织场域的生态失衡。破解产教融合组织惰性对产教融合绩效的削弱、技能人才培养质量的阻滞以及职业院校组织发展的制约,需要构建制度调适、组织重构与文化引导三维协同的治理框架。 In the practice of promoting industry-education integration,vocational colleges face deepseated obstacles of organizational inertia,such as the superficial implementation of systems and rigid organizational boundaries,the closed integration of resources and loose cooperative connections,as well as the stylized cooperative practice and delayed response to innovation.The root causes lie in the internal tension between the education-oriented logic of talent cultivation and the benefit-prioritized logic of industry,the excessive penetration of administrative logic and path dependence,and the structural contradictions in interest distribution and ecological imbalance in the organizational field.To address the negative impacts of organizational inertia in industry-education integration—including the weakening of integration performance,the hindrance to the quality of skilled talent training,and the restriction on the organizational development of vocational colleges—it is necessary to construct a three-dimensional collaborative governance framework consisting of system adaptation,organizational restructuring,and cultural guidance.
