摘要
本研究基于4410名中职学生的问卷调查数据,采用描述性统计、差异检验、相关分析与多元回归等方法,系统分析了中职学生心理健康现状及其多层次影响因素。研究发现,中职学生心理健康总体处于中等偏下水平,焦虑、抑郁及学习压力问题较为突出且存在显著的性别、学校类型与生源差异。影响因素分析表明,个体能力对心理健康各维度存在差异化影响;亲子关系、家庭经济与文化资本具有显著负向预测作用;社会支持中同伴与学校支持呈显著负向影响,而教师支持反而与心理问题正相关。建议从强化身份教育、优化家庭支持、提升职业教育社会认同及推动心育与专业教育融合等方面,构建中职学生心理健康支持体系。
Based on the questionnaire survey data of 4,410 secondary vocational students,this study systematically analyzes the current situation of their mental health and multi-level influencing factors by adopting methods such as descriptive statistics,difference tests,correlation analysis,and multiple regression.The results show that the overall mental health of secondary vocational students is at a lower-middle level,with prominent problems of anxiety,depression,and academic pressure,as well as significant differences in gender,school type,and student source.Analysis of influencing factors indicates that individual abilities exert differentiated impacts on various dimensions of mental health;parent-child relationships,family economic capital,and cultural capital have significant negative predictive effects;among social support factors,peer support and school support show significant negative influences,while teacher support is positively correlated with psychological problems.It is suggested to construct a mental health support system for secondary vocational students from aspects such as strengthening identity education,optimizing family support,enhancing the social recognition of vocational education,and promoting the integration of mental health education and professional education.
