摘要
“绿水青山就是金山银山”理念指出了生态保护和经济发展之间的辩证统一关系,丰富并发展了马克思主义生态观和马克思主义发展观。这一理念作为习近平生态文明思想的重大原则,已经成为美丽中国建设的基本遵循。研究系统梳理了“绿水青山就是金山银山”理念从萌芽和实践探索到正式提出和系统论述再到丰富和发展三个时期的演进过程,通过对若干个实践案例的分析,论述了“绿水青山就是金山银山”理念在生态修复、绿色转型、制度创新和共谋全球生态文明中所展现出的实践成效,并将其中的经验启示总结归纳为立场、制度、动力、观念和视野等5个方面。
The concept of′Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets′points out the dialectical and unified relationship between ecological protection and economic development,enriching and developing the Marxist ecological view and the Marxist development view.As a major principle of Xi Jinping thought on eco-civilization,this concept has become the basic guideline for building a beautiful China.The study systematically combs the evolution process of the concept of′Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets′through three periods:from germination and practical exploration to formal proposal and systematic discussion,and then to enrichment and development.Through the analysis of several practical cases,it expounds the practical power of the concept of′Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets′in ecological restoration,green transformation,institutional innovation and jointly building global ecological civilization,and summarizes the experience and enlightenment into 5 aspects:stance,system,driving force,concept and vision.
