船舶倒车制动性能试验及停船冲程预报方法研究

摘要 对三艘典型内河船船模进行倒车停船试验,研究了船舶在停船过程中的速降时历、冲程等特性,探究船舶停船性能.同时通过引入冲程修正系数,构建了基于冲程修正的船舶制动性能预报模型,以减小主机换向对停船冲程的影响,并将预报结果与试验数据进行对比验证.结果表明:三艘船模在采用冲程修正后预测停船冲程误差均保持在15%以下,证明了采用冲程修正对船舶倒车停船进行预报是可靠的.提出的预报方法可为紧急避碰情况下船舶操纵研究提供新参考. Three typical inland river ship models were tested for reversing and stopping,and the characteristics of the ship’s rapid descent calendar and stroke during stopping were studied to explore the ship’s stopping performance.At the same time,by introducing stroke correction coefficient,a prediction model of ship braking performance based on stroke correction was constructed to reduce the influence of main engine commutation on ship stopping stroke,and the prediction results were compared with experimental data.The results show that the predicted stroke errors of the three ship models are all below 15%after stroke correction,which proves that it is reliable to predict the ship’s reversing and stopping by stroke correction.The proposed prediction method can provide a new reference for the study of ship maneuvering in emergency collision avoidance.
