摘要
为科学规划充电站的选址,满足用户的充电需求,提出了一个综合考虑现有充电站和备选充电站的选址模型.该模型以最小化建设充电站的总经济成本和未被覆盖的需求点为目标函数.引入正的衰减率来优化惯性权重因子,实现算法的快速收敛.构建相同选址数量下不同的选址策略模型,并详细对比不同策略下选址的建站成本及覆盖率.结果表明:在相同选址数量的条件下,多策略选址方法提升充电站的单位覆盖率比随机选址方法节省30.8439万元.
In order to scientifically plan the location of charging stations and meet the charging needs of users,a location model considering existing charging stations and alternative charging stations was proposed.The objective function of the model was to minimize the total economic cost of building a charging station and the uncovered demand points.The positive attenuation rate was introduced to optimize the inertia weight factor and realize the fast convergence of the algorithm.By introducing a positive decay rate to optimize the inertia weight factor,the fast convergence of the algorithm was realized.By constructing different site selection strategy models with the same number of sites,the cost and coverage of site selection under different strategies were compared in detail.The results show that under the condition of the same number of locations,the multi-strategy location method can improve the unit coverage of charging stations,saving 308,439 yuan compared with the random location method.
