摘要
铁矿厂选矿工艺目前仍面临生产模式粗放、资源能耗指标偏高及人力资源依赖度过高等挑战,推进自动化升级对提高生产效率、实现人力资源优化配置及促进绿色矿山建设具有重要意义。为了提升铁矿选矿过程的智能化水平,针对涵盖破碎筛分、干选抛废、磨矿、尾矿浓缩及干排、磁选、精矿过滤、水循环等核心工艺环节进行自动化控制系统设计,实践表明,该设计有效实现了智能选矿,降低了运营成本,减少了能源消耗。
The beneficiation process of iron ore plants still faces challenges such as extensive production mode,high resource and energy consumption indicators,and excessive dependence on human resources.Promoting automation upgrading is of great significance for improving production efficiency,optimizing human resource allocation,and promoting the construction of green mines.In order to improve the intelligence level of iron ore beneficiation process,an automation control system was designed for core process links including crushing and screening,dry selection and waste disposal,grinding,tailings concentration and dry discharge,magnetic separation,concentrate filtration,water circulation,etc.Practice has shown that this design effectively achieves intelligent beneficiation,reduces operating costs,and minimizes energy consumption.
