摘要
目的比较集成3D解剖技术与阶梯原则修复技术在手指部分缺损患者修复重建中的治疗效果。方法选择2013年3月—2022年6月于我院进行手指复合组织块/瓣修复术的患者162例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(80例)和观察组(82例)。对照组采用传统阶梯原则修复技术进行手术,观察组采用集成3D解剖技术进行手术,收集并比较两组患者的密歇根大学手概况问卷(MHQ)手功能评分、手功能优良比例及术后并发症发生比例。结果观察组患者的MHQ手功能评分、手功能优良比例显著高于对照组,总并发症发生率显著低于对照组(t=5.345,χ^(2)=11.470、5.223,P<0.05)。结论集成3D解剖技术能显著改善手指部分缺损修复重建患者的手指功能,适宜作为显微外科的精准化治疗技术在临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of the integrated 3D anatomical technique versus the step-based repair technique in the repair and reconstruction of partial finger defects.Methods A total of 162 patients who underwent the repair of finger composite tissue blocks/flaps in our hospital from March 2013 to June 2022 were enrolled,and they were divi-ded into control group with 80 patients and observation group with 82 patients using a random number table.The patients in the control group underwent surgery using the traditional step-based repair technique,while those in the observation group underwent surgery using the integrated 3D anatomical technique.The two groups were compared in terms of hand function scores based on Michigan Hand Questionnaire(MHQ),the proportion of patients with excellent or good hand functions,and the proportion of patients with postoperative complications.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had significantly hig-her MHQ hand function scores,a significantly higher proportion of patients with excellent or good hand functions,and a significantly lower overall incidence rate of complications(t=5.345,χ^(2)=11.470,5.223,P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated 3D anatomical technique can significantly improve the finger function of patients undergoing the repair and reconstruction of partial finger defects,and it holds promise for further clinical application as a precise treatment technique in microsurgery.
