摘要
目的探讨“一核多元”护理干预对特需病房肝癌患者术后负性情绪及主观幸福感的影响。方法选取2024年1月—12月在上海东方肝胆外科医院住院行肝癌手术患者150例,随机分为观察组75例和对照组75例。对照组实施特需病房优质护理服务;观察组在对照组的基础上增加“一核多元”护理干预,具体包括:多学科团队医护管理、跨文化护理、温馨环境管理、中医护理及出院准备计划。评估两组患者负性情绪、主观幸福感及护理满意度。结果干预后两组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均较干预前下降,且观察组SAS和SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术前1 d与术后7 d的总体幸福感量表(GWB)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度评价优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过实施“一核多元”护理干预,能够降低肝癌患者术后负性情绪,提高患者主观幸福感,提高护理满意度,促进患者术后早期康复。
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing with one core in diversity on reliving negative emotions and improving subjective well-being of liver cancer patients in the special care ward.Methods A total of 150 hospitalized patient undergoing surgery for liver cancer were randomly divided into to the observation group and control group,with 75 cases in each group.All patients received high-quality nursing during the operation period,and those in the observation group were given nursing interventions with one core in diversity,including multidisciplinary team-based nursing management,transcultural nursing,environment management,Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing and discharge planning.The negative emotions,subjective well-being and satisfaction of patients with nursing were evaluated.Results Scores of the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale were decreased in both groups after intervention,and SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Score of General Well-Being Schedule(GWB)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at 1 day before surgery and 7 days after surgery respectively(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing interventions with one core in diversity are effective to relieve negative emotions and improve subjective well-being,satisfaction degree and postoperative recovery of liver cancer patients.
