MgAl_(2)O_(4)多孔陶瓷膜在不同烧结温度下的制备及在水质净化中的应用

Preparation of MgAl_(2)O_(4) Porous Ceramic Membranes at Different Sintering Temperatures and Its Application in Water Purification

摘要 MgAl_(2)O_(4)尖晶石属于立方型的晶体结构,因其出色的热稳定性和化学稳定性,在多孔陶瓷膜的应用上展现出优良的潜力。采用一步干压法,制备了具有支撑层和过滤层的双层MgAl_(2)O_(4)多孔陶瓷膜。MgAl_(2)O_(4)多孔陶瓷膜分别由以下两部分组成:通过干压成型制备Al_(2)O_(3)支撑层(膜厚约为1 mm、直径约为32 mm的圆饼);在支撑层的表面,通过干压成型制备MgAl_(2)O_(4)过滤层(膜厚约为40μm)。与其他微滤膜的研究不同,勃姆石的悬浮液作为过滤实验的目标物质,用以模拟直径为0.70μm的细菌。实验结果显示,双层MgAl_(2)O_(4)多孔陶瓷膜具有优异的过滤性能,与已报道的无机—有机过滤膜具有相同的截留率。 MgAl_(2)O_(4) spinel belongs to the cubic type of crystal structure and shows excellent potential for the application of porous ceramic membranes due to its excellent thermal and chemical stability.MgAl_(2)O_(4) porous ceramic membrane with a support layer and a top layer was prepared by a one-step dry-pressing method.The MgAl_(2)O_(4) porous ceramic membranes consisted of the following two parts,respectively:the Al_(2)O_(3) support layer(a pellet with a thickness of about 1 mm and a diameter of about 32 mm);and on the surface of the support layer,the MgAl_(2)O_(4) top layer(a thickness of about 40μm)was also prepared by dry-press molding.Different from other microfiltration membrane studies,a suspension of boehmite was used as the target material for the filtration experiments to simulate the bacteria with a diameter of 0.70μm.The experimental results showed that the MgAl_(2)O_(4) two-layered porous ceramic membrane has excellent filtration performance with the same retention rate as the reported inorganic-organic filtration membrane.
