摘要
当前,各地乡村人居环境整治与品质提升取得较大进展,但仍面临着乡村规划引领不足、各村整治水平不一、缺乏长效管理机制、群众参与程度不足等问题。文章通过梳理广东省潮州市乡村人居环境整治成效,分析当前潮州市乡村人居环境整治存在的问题,提出加强规划引领、突出整治重点、健全长效机制、强化宣传教育等乡村人居环境品质提升对策建议,以期为推进新时代乡村地区人居环境整治品质提升及实现乡村振兴提供借鉴参考。
Current situation,significant progress has been made in the rectification and quality improvement of the living environment in rural areas across various regions.However,challenges such as insufficient guidance in rural planning,inconsistent levels of rectification among villages,lack of long-term management mechanisms,and insufficient public participation still persist.This article examines the effectiveness of rural living environment rectification in Chaozhou City,Guangdong Province,analyzes the existing issues in the current rectification of rural living environment in Chaozhou City,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for enhancing the quality of the rural living environment,including strengthening planning guidance,highlighting key rectification points,improving long-term mechanisms,and intensifying publicity and education.The aim is to provide reference for promoting the quality improvement of rural living environment rectification in the new era and achieving rural revitalization.
