摘要
新能源并网是电力系统发展中的关键阶段,核心任务在于在高比例风光出力条件下维持电网频率、电压与功率平衡。构建了面向新能源并网场景的电力调度安全风险评估模型,建立技术、通信与环境三维指标体系,引入模糊聚合与动态分级算法,形成时序自适应风险量化机制,并在实际电网中完成测试验证,为电力系统在高渗透新能源条件下实现安全调度与智能化运行提供方法支撑。
The integration of new energy into the grid is a crucial stage in the development of the power system.Its core task lies in maintaining the balance of grid frequency,voltage and power under the condition of a high proportion of wind and solar output.This paper constructs a power dispatching safety risk assessment model for the new energy grid connection scenario,establishes a three-dimensional index system of technology,communication and environment,introduces fuzzy aggregation and dynamic classification algorithms,forms a time-series adaptive risk quantification mechanism,and completes the test verification in the actual power grid.Provide methodological support for the safe dispatching and intelligent operation of the power system under the condition of high-permeability new energy.
