摘要
为解决盾构隧道移动激光扫描作业过程中采集系统的姿态角度影响影像投影质量问题,通过研究基于断面参数和姿态改正角度的盾构隧道移动激光扫描影像投影矫正算法,建立了基于隧道设计半径、扫描仪中心与断面中心高差、道床厚度、扫描断面视场范围、扫描点序号及仪器姿态角度等参数的改正模型。经与设计尺寸对比,本方法将环片影像投影周长畸变程度降低至1.6%,结构特征畸变得到优化,整幅影像比例更加协调准确,为结构病害调查提供准确的基础数据。
To solve the problem that the attitude angle of the acquisition system affects the image projection quality during the mobile laser scanning operations in shield tunnels,by studying the projection correction algorithm for mobile laser scanning images of shield tunnels,based on section parameters and attitude correction angles.A correction model was established based on parameters such as tunnel design radius,height difference between scanner center and section center,track bed thickness,scanning section field of view range,scanning point number,and instrument attitude angle.By comparing with the design dimensions,the distortion degree of the projected circumference of the ring image has been reduced to 1.6%,and the structural feature distortion has been optimized,and the overall proportionality and accuracy of the imagery were enhanced,providing accurate basic data for structural defect inspection.
