实景三维常州数据库设计与实现

摘要 实景三维作为数字中国建设的空间基底,在数字政府、数字经济及智慧城市等领域意义重大。针对场景与实体数据管理混乱、跨层级共享困难、更新滞后等问题,结合实景三维常州建设与应用特色,构建完整、协同的城市级实景三维数据库体系。研发基于C/S、B/S混合架构和分布式存储技术的实景三维数据库管理系统,有效集成地理场景、地理实体及元数据分库,并设计具备“一码多态”组织管理机制的实景三维成果展示平台,依托知识图谱支撑实景三维常州数据全生命周期管理,为实景三维数据赋能自然资源管理和经济社会高质量发展提供了有力支撑。 As the spatial foundation for building a digital China,3D realistic modeling is of great significance in fields such as digital government,digital economy,and smart cities.To address issues such as chaotic management of scene and entity data,difficulties in crosslevel sharing,and lagging updates,a complete and collaborative urban-level 3D realistic modeling database system was constructed based on the characteristics of the construction and application of 3D realistic modeling in Changzhou.A 3D realistic modeling database management system based on a hybrid C/S and B/S architecture and distributed storage technology was developed,which effectively integrates subdatabases of geographic scenes,geographic entities,and metadata.Additionally,a 3D realistic modeling result display platform with an"one-code multi-state"organization and management mechanism was designed.Relying on knowledge graphs to support the full lifecycle management of 3D realistic modeling data in Changzhou,this system provides strong support for 3D realistic modeling data to empower natural resource management and high-quality economic and social development..
