地铁装配车站空间连接件防腐涂层新技术研究

Study on new anti-corrosion coating technology for spatial connectors of assembled metro stations

摘要 为解决地铁装配车站空间连接件防腐性能不佳的问题,试验利用环氧树脂E51做成膜物质,氧化亚铜(Cu_(2)O)和聚磷酸铵(APP)作为阻燃剂,选择石墨烯(Gr)、水滑石(HT)以及纳米二氧化硅(SiO_(2))做防腐填充料,制备了3种带有防腐性能的EP复合涂层做连接件的防腐涂层。3种涂层分别为质量分数0.5%Gr-EP阻燃防腐复合涂层、质量分数1.0%HT-EP阻燃防腐复合涂层和质量分数1.0%SiO_(2)-EP阻燃防腐复合涂层,并对3种涂层进行性能测试,分析几种涂层的应用效果。结果表明,防腐填充料的加入能有效改善EP阻燃复合涂层的耐水性能和耐蚀性能,其中质量分数1.0%SiO_(2)-EP阻燃防腐复合涂层的防水防腐效果最好。 To address the poor anti-corrosion performance of spatial connectors in assembled metro stations,epoxy resin E51 was used as the film-forming material,cuprous oxide(Cu_(2)O)and ammonium polyphosphate(APP)as flame retardants,and graphene(Gr),hydrotalcite(HT),and nano-silicon dioxide(SiO_(2))as anti-corrosion fillers to prepare three types of EP composite coatings with anti-corrosion properties for the connectors'anti-corrosion protection.The three coatings were 0.5%Gr-EP flame-retardant and anti-corrosion composite coating(by mass fraction),1.0%HT-EP flame-retardant and anti-corrosion composite coating(by mass fraction),and 1.0%SiO_(2)-EP flame-retardant and anti-corrosion composite coating(by mass fraction).Performance tests were conducted on these three coatings,and their application effects were analyzed.The results showed that the addition of anti-corrosion fillers could effectively improve the water resistance and corrosion resistance of the EP flame-retardant composite coatings,among which the 1.0%SiO_(2)-EP flame-retardant and anti-corrosion composite coating exhibited the best water and corrosion resistance.
