摘要
元话语名词在学术英语书面语与口语语篇中的应用尤其重要,由于学术英语书面语与口语语篇在性质、用途等方面的差异性,元话语名词在两个文体中的使用明显不同,且体现其人际功能。鉴于此,文章从概念概述、异同点分析、策略探析三个模块入手,着重比较、分析元话语名词在学术英语书面语与口语语篇中使用的相同点与不同点,希望能规范学术英语书面语与口语语篇对元话语名词的使用。
The application of metadiscourse nouns is particularly crucial in academic English written and spoken discourse.Due to the differences in nature and purpose between academic English written and spoken discourse,the use of metadiscourse nouns in these two genres varies significantly and reflects their interpersonal functions.In light of this,the article adopts a three-module approach—con-ceptual overview,comparative analysis of similarities and differences,and strategy exploration—to focus on comparing and analyzing the commonalities and distinctions in the use of metadiscourse nouns in academic English written and spoken discourse,aiming to standardize the use of metadiscourse nouns in academic English written and spoken discourse.
