摘要
数据治理是释放高校图书馆数据价值、支撑教学科研创新的关键环节。以贵州省六所不同学科特色的高校图书馆为研究对象,采用文献调查与网络调查相结合的研究方法,系统梳理其在数据治理意识、服务能力与协同机制等方面的现状。研究发现,贵州省高校图书馆普遍存在数据治理意识薄弱、数据服务能力有限、数据协作机制不畅等问题。提出强化数据治理意识、完善数据治理与服务流程、提高资源供给效能、构建多元主体合作机制、加强馆员数字素养培训等优化路径。
Data governance serves as a critical link in unlocking the value of data within university libraries and supporting innovation in teaching and research.Taking six university libraries in Guizhou Province with distinct disciplinary characteristics as the rescarch subjects,this study adopts a combined methodology of literature review and online investigation to systematically examine the current status of their data governance awareness,service capabilities,and collaboration mechanisms.The findings reveal that university libraries in Guizhou Province commonly face issues such as weak data governance awareness,limited data service capabilities,and inefficient data collaboration mechanisms.It proposes optimization pathways,including strengthening data govemance awareness,improving data governance and service processes,enhancing resource provision efficiency,establishing a multi-stakeholder collaboration mechanism,and reinforcing digital literacy training for librarians.
