摘要
普通外科大多接触危重症患者,其病情比较严重或复杂。要想有效救治这类患者,术者需具备高超的手术技巧和丰富的临床经验,还需具备临危不乱的专业修养和大医大爱的仁心仁术。立德树人是教育的根本任务,这为培养普通外科临床人才指明了方向,为此必须把思想政治工作贯穿于普通外科临床教学全过程,实现全方位育人和全过程育人,培养出有责任、有能力、有担当、有温度的普通外科临床人才。本文强调把课程思政融入普通外科临床教学的重要意义,在立德树人视角下,从人文素养、师德师风、案例库、教学方法、评价机制5个维度论述把课程思政全方位融入普通外科临床教学的路径,从课堂讲授、示范教学、实习3个阶段论述把课程思政全过程融入普通外科临床教学的路径。
Most patients encountered in general surgery are critically ill,with severe or complex conditions.To effectively treat such patients,surgeons need to possess superb surgical skills and rich clinical experience,as well as professional poise to remain calm in emergencies and the benevolent medical ethics of great doctors with great love.Cultivating morality and educating talent is the fundamental task of education,which points out the direction for training clinical talents in general surgery.Therefore,Ideological&Political work must be integrated throughout the entire process of general surgery clinical teaching to achieve all-round education and whole-process education,and cultivate general surgery clinical talents who are responsible,competent,committed,and compassionate.This article emphasizes the significance of integrating Ideological&Political education into general surgery clinical teaching.From the perspective of cultivating morality and educating talent,it discusses the paths to fully integrate Ideological&Political education into general surgery clinical teaching from five dimensions:humanistic literacy,teachers′ethics and style,case database,teaching methods,and evaluation mechanism;and expounds the paths to integrate Ideological&Political Education into the whole process of general surgery clinical teaching from three stages:classroom teaching,demonstration teaching,and internship.
