不同晾晒方式对花生秧营养价值的影响

摘要 试验旨在探究不同晾晒方式对花生秧营养价值的影响。试验选择3个品种的花生秧(吉花21、吉花25、吉花32),采用株晾晒法与鲜摘晾晒法进行处理,测定两种不同晾晒方法的花生秧的产量及粗蛋白(CP)、总能(GE)、粗脂肪(EE)、干物质(DM)、粗纤维(CF)、粗灰分(Ash)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、木质素(ADL)等营养成分的含量。结果显示,株晾晒法处理的花生秧的叶子脱落较多,造成吉花21、吉花25、吉花32花生秧产量显著低于鲜摘晾晒法(P<0.05)。采用鲜摘晾晒处理的吉花21、吉花25、吉花32花生秧CP、EE、Ash的含量及GE均显著高于株晾晒(P<0.05),CF、NDF、ADL的含量显著低于晾晒(P<0.05);采用鲜摘晾晒处理的吉花21、吉花25花生秧ADF含量显著低于株晾晒(P<0.05)。研究表明,鲜摘晾晒法处理后的花生秧产量、营养价值均较高。 This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of different drying methods on the nutritional value of peanut vine.Three peanut varieties(Jihua 21,Jihua 25,Jihua 32)were selected and subjected to two drying methods:whole plant drying and fresh picking followed by drying.The yield and nutritional composition of the peanut vines treated with the two different methods were determined,including crude protein(CP),gross energy(GE),ether extract(EE),dry matter(DM),crude fiber(CF),crude ash(Ash),acid detergent fiber(ADF),neutral detergent fiber(NDF),and acid detergent lignin(ADL).The results showed that the whole plant drying method resulted in significant leaf loss,leading to a significantly lower yield for Jihua 21,Jihua 25,and Jihua 32 peanut vines compared to the fresh picking drying method(P<0.05).The contents of CP,EE,Ash,and GE in Jihua 21,Jihua 25,and Jihua 32 peanut vines treated with the fresh picking drying method were significantly higher than those in the whole plant drying method(P<0.05),while the contents of CF,NDF,and ADL were significantly lower(P<0.05).The ADF content in Jihua 21 and Jihua 25 peanut vines treated with the fresh picking drying method was significantly lower than that in the whole plant drying method(P<0.05).The study indicates that the fresh picking drying method results in higher yield and nutritional value of peanut vines.
