摘要
河北省高校积极推进课程思政建设,在示范校建设、教学团队培育等方面取得显著成效,但也面临多元文化思潮冲击、师资队伍国际化与思政能力失衡、课程体系融合矛盾以及协同育人机制缺失等挑战。从强化多元文化交融下的价值引领、打造“双能型”师资队伍、创新国际化课程思政融合机制、健全校内外协同育人网络以及依托数字技术构建智慧育人平台五个维度发力,实现专业教育与思政教育在国际化场景中的深度融合,为培养兼具家国情怀与国际视野的高素质专业人才提供理论依据与实践参考。
Against the backdrop of the deepening internationalization of higher education,universities in Hebei Province have been actively promoting the construction of curriculum-based ideological and political education,achieving remarkable results in the establishment of demonstration schools and the cultivation of teaching teams.However,they also face challenges such as the impact of diverse cultural trends,the imbalance between the internationalization of the teaching staff and their ideological and political capabilities,contradictions in the integration of the curriculum system,and the lack of a collaborative education mechanism.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct an in-depth analysis of the current situation of curriculum-based ideological and political construction,and make efforts from five dimensions:strengthening value guidance under the integration of diverse cultures,cultivating"dual-capable"teaching staff,innovating the integration mechanism of internationalized curriculum-based ideological and political education,improving the collaborative education network both on and off campus,and constructing an intelligent education platform relying on digital technology.This aims to achieve the deep integration of professional education and ideological and political education in an international context,enhance the educational effectiveness of curriculum-based ideological and political education in the internationalization of higher education,fulfill the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education,provide theoretical basis and practical references for cultivating high-quality professionals with both patriotism and a global vision,and contribute to the high-quality development of the internationalization of higher education in Hebei Province.
