摘要
研究探讨高污染企业环保投资的驱动因素、实施路径及其对企业绩效的动态影响,揭示环保投资受环境规制、媒体监督及内部治理双重驱动,企业通过技术升级、管理优化等路径推进实践,但仍面临技术瓶颈、资金压力及政策协同不足等挑战。环保投资短期内可能抑制财务绩效,但长期可通过技术创新与资源效率提升形成竞争优势。为此提出强化绿色技术研发、构建全生命周期管理体系、衔接绿色金融机制等对策,助力企业将环保压力转化为发展机遇。在“双碳”目标背景下,研究为平衡环境责任与经济效益提供理论支撑,也为政策制定与企业绿色转型实践提供参考,推动生态保护与高质量发展的协同共赢。
This study explores the driving factors,implementation paths and dynamic impacts of environmental protection investment in heavy-polluting enterprises,and reveals that environmental protection investment is driven by environmental regulation,media supervision and internal governance,and enterprises promote practices through technological upgrading and management optimization,but they still face challenges such as technical bottlenecks,financial pressure and insufficient policy coordination.Investments in environmental protection may inhibit financial performance in the short term,but in the long term they can create a competitive advantage through technological innovation and resource efficiency improvements.To this end,it is proposed to strengthen the research and development of green technologies,build a full life cycle management system,and connect with green financial mechanisms to help enterprises convert environmental protection pressure into development opportunities.In the context of the"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality"goal,the research provides a theoretical support for balancing environmental responsibility and economic benefits,and also provides reference for policy formulation and enterprise green transformation practice,so as to promote the synergy and win-win situation between ecological protection and high-quality development.
