摘要
目的观察症状明显的下唇黏液腺囊肿患者采用黏液腺囊切除手术治疗的效果。方法回顾性分析76例症状明显的下唇黏液腺囊肿患者的临床资料,依据是否治疗将患者分为手术治疗组(采用黏液腺囊肿切除手术治疗,34例)和对照组(定期随访观察,观察期间不进行任何干预措施,42例)。比较两组患者的临床症状(反复破裂咬伤、唾液外溢、异物感)、囊肿大小、随访结果以及满意度评分。结果手术治疗组患者随访3个月的反复破裂咬伤、唾液外溢、异物感比例(2.94%、2.94%、5.88%)显著低于对照组(71.43%、66.67%、76.19%),囊肿大小(0.12±0.11)mm小于对照组的(6.03±0.36)mm(P<0.05)。术后随访发现,手术治疗组患者随访3个月有2例复发,复发率为5.88%;随访6个月4例复发,复发率为11.76%。而对照组随访3个月无自愈患者,随访6个月有3例自愈患者,自愈率达7.14%。随访3、6个月,手术治疗组患者的满意度评分分别为(67.43±3.98)、(84.98±8.13)分;手术治疗组患者随访6个月的满意度评分高于随访3个月(P<0.05)。结论针对症状明显的下唇黏液腺囊肿患者,手术治疗在改善临床症状以及提高患者满意度方面显著优于观察疗法,复发率较低。
Objective To observe the effect of mucocele excision for the treatment of lower lip mucinous cyst with obvious symptoms.Methods A total of 76 lower lip mucous gland cysts patients with obvious symptoms were retrospectively included in this study.Patients were divided into the surgical treatment group(mucocele excision,34 cases)and the control group(regular follow-up observation without any intervention during the observation period,42 cases)based on whether they received treatment.Comparison was made on clinical symptoms(recurrent rupture,salivary leakage,and foreign body sensation),cyst size,followup outcomes,and satisfaction scores between the two patient groups.Results The incidence of recurrent rupture,salivation,and foreign body sensation at 3-month follow-up in the surgical treatment group(2.94%,2.94%,5.88%)was significantly lower compared to the control group(71.43%,66.67%,76.19%);cyst size(0.12±0.11)mm in the surgical treatment group was smaller compared to the control group's(6.03±0.36)mm(P<0.05).Postoperative follow-up revealed that among the patients in the surgical treatment group,2 cases relapsed after 3 months of follow-up,with a recurrence rate of 5.88%;after a 6-month follow-up,4 cases relapsed,with a recurrence rate of 11.76%.In contrast,no spontaneous healing cases were observed at the 3-month follow-up in the control group.By the 6-month follow-up,3 cases had achieved spontaneous healing,accounting for 7.14%.At 3-month and 6-month follow-ups,the satisfaction scores for the surgical treatment group were(67.43±3.98)and(84.98±8.13)points,respectively.The satisfaction score at the 6-month follow-up was significantly higher than that at the 3-month follow-up(P<0.05).Conclusion Surgical treatment significantly outperforms observation therapy in improving clinical symptoms and enhancing patient satisfaction in the management of lower lip mucinous cyst with obvious symptoms,with lower recurrence rate.
