摘要
人工智能赋能为新时代高校教育管理提供强有力的智力与技术支持,能有效解决高校教育管理模式的刻板问题,也能满足大学生对高校教育的多样化需求。人工智能技术为高校的教育管理赋能,已成为推动我国高等教育数字化转型、现代化升级的核心驱动力。然而,部分高校在实践中,将人工智能赋能教育管理模式创新还处于摸索阶段。基于人工智能技术赋能视角,通过分析高校教育管理模式创新的价值意蕴,深入探讨高校教育管理模式创新实践中面临的主要挑战,提出具有针对性的高校教育管理模式创新路径,并以人工智能平台为载体,进一步优化高校教育管理模式,为推动高校的高质量教育改革提供数字化变革方向。
The empowerment of artificial intelligence(AI)provides strong intellectual and technical support for university educational management in the new era.It can effectively address the rigidity of traditional university educational management modes and meet college students'diverse needs for higher education.The empowerment of AI technology in university educational management has become a core driving force for promoting the digital transformation and modernization upgrading of higher education in China.However,in practice,some universities are still in the exploratory stage of building innovative educational management modes through AI empowerment.From the perspective of AI technology empowerment,this paper analyzes the value implication of innovating university educational management modes,deeply explores the main challenges faced in the practical innovation of such modes,and proposes targeted innovation paths.Taking AI platforms as the carrier,it further optimizes university educational management modes,providing a digital transformation direction for promoting the high-quality educational reform of universities.
