师范生党员“党性-师德”融通教育的逻辑、困境与路径——基于“第二个结合”视域阳明心学创造性转化的思考

摘要 党性教育与师德培育共同构成高师院校师范生党员教育的核心维度。对师范生党员开展“党性-师德”融通教育具有价值旨归的同向性、内涵规范的互补性、精神境界的共通性的内在逻辑。阳明心学所倡导的“致良知”“知行合一”等思想与共产党人党性修养的内在要求具有高度的精神契合性,阳明心学所独特的致思取向和实践品格为开展师范生党员“党性-师德”融通教育提供了宝贵的文化资源、深邃思想渊薮和实践启示。目前,高师院校开展师范生党员“党性-师德”融通教育还存在价值实践的内驱力不足、融合机制的表层化、过程管理的阶段性断裂的现实困境,须构建师范生党员“党性-师德”融通教育的路径,在“第二个结合”的方法论指引下实现阳明心学资源的创造性转化,进而确立从“立志”到“铸魂”融通教育的价值航标、锤炼从“致良知”到“持志”融通教育的修养工夫、构建从“事上磨”到“成事”融通教育的实践场域。 Party spirit education and teacher ethics cultivation together constitute the core dimensions of the education for teacher candidate Party members in normal universities.The integrated education of"Party Spirit-Teacher Ethics"for teacher candidate Party members possesses an inherent logic characterized by the consistency of value purposes,the complementarity of connotative norms,and the commonality of spiritual realms.The ideas advocated by Yangming's Mind Philosophy,such as"extending innate knowledge"and"the unity of knowledge and action",have a high degree of spiritual consistency with the inherent requirements of Communist Party members'Party spirit cultivation.The unique thinking orientation and practical character of Yangming's Mind Philosophy provide valuable cultural resources,profound ideological origins and practical enlightenment for carrying out the integrated education of"Party Spirit-Teacher Ethics"for teacher candidate Party members.At present,the implementation of this integrated education in normal universities still faces practical dilemmas,including insufficient internal motivation for value practice,superficial integration mechanisms,and phased fractures in process management.It is necessary to construct the path of the integrated education of"Party Spirit-Teacher Ethics"for teacher candidate Party members,realize the creative transformation of Yangming's Mind Philosophy resources under the methodological guidance of the"Second Combination",and further establish the value beacon of the integrated education from"aspiring"to"forging the soul",temper the cultivation practice of the integrated education from"extending innate knowledge"to"persevering in aspirations",and build the practical field of the integrated education from"tempering oneself in matters"to"accomplishing things".
