基于多系统协同优化的煤矿智能采矿自动化控制技术

摘要 针对煤矿采矿作业效率低等问题,提出一种基于多系统协同优化的煤矿智能采矿自动化控制技术。集成先进的传感器与算法,自动规划采煤机的前进速度、采煤进度及作业强度,实现采煤过程控制与优化;基于故障树方法,对煤矿采矿铲运系统进行自动控制;设计基于多维度参数的自动化调度方案,动态调整作业方案,以增强采矿作业的安全性与灵活性。应用结果表明,煤矿智能采矿自动化控制技术的应用显著提高了煤矿采矿的智能化水平,不仅大幅提高了采矿效率与资源利用率,还有效降低了能耗与运营成本,为煤矿行业可持续发展提供了有力支撑。 Based on the problems such as low coal mining operation efficiency,this paper proposes an automatic control technology for coal mine intelligent mining based on multi-system collaborative optimization.It integrates advanced sensors and algorithms to automatically plan the forward speed,mining progress and operation intensity of the shearer,realizing the control and optimization of the mining process;based on the fault tree method,it conducts automatic control of the coal mining loading and haulage system;it designs an automatic dispatching scheme based on multidimensional parameters to dynamically adjust the operation scheme,in order to enhance the safety and flexibility of mining operations.The application results show that the application of automatic control technology for coal mine intelligent mining has significantly improved the intelligent level of coal mining,which not only greatly improves the mining efficiency and resource utilization rate,but also effectively reduces the energy consumption and operation cost,providing strong support for the sustainable development of coal mine industry.
