摘要
掘进机作为工程领域常见的机械设备,既能够用于地面工程隧道掘进作业,也能够用于地下矿产资源开采。受恶劣使用工况和环境的影响,掘进机往往会出现各种类型的故障,阻碍了掘进作业有序进行。基于此,分析矿用掘进机的结构组成,结合矿用掘进机的使用环境,阐述实际生产活动中矿用掘进机的常见故障,包括机械系统故障、电气系统故障、液压系统故障,并提出了故障诊断和排除方法,旨在为生产检修活动提供便利,为类似工程机械设备故障诊断提供参考。
As common mechanical equipment in the engineering field,roadheader can be used not only for tunnel boring in ground engineering,but also for the exploitation of underground mineral resources.Affected by the bad working conditions and environments,the roadheader often suffers from various types of faults,hindering the orderly progression of the tunneling operation.As a result,this paper analyzes the structural composition of the mining roadheader,expounds common faults of the mining roadheader in actual production activities based on its operational environment,including mechanical system fault,electrical system fault,and hydraulic system fault,and proposes fault diagnosis and clearance methods,aiming to provide convenience for production and maintenance activities and provide reference for fault diagnosis of similar engineering mechanical equipment.
