摘要
复杂地质条件下的煤矿开采面临断层、陷落柱、顶板破碎等挑战,结合12218综采工作面和9+10号煤南运输巷工程实践分析,研究了锚网索喷联合支护措施的应用效果。研究结果表明,采用φ22 mm×2 400 mm高强锚杆配合SKP21.8 mm钢绞线锚索的支护方案,在支架初撑力达到25.2 MPa以上时能够确保开采安全,分级支护策略可显著降低冒顶片帮事故的发生概率。
Coal mining under complex geological conditions faces challenges such as faults,collapse pillars,and broken roofs.Based on the engineering practice analysis of 12218 fully mechanized mining face and No.9+No.10 coal south transportation roadways,this paper studies the application effect of bolt-mesh-cable-shotcrete combined support measure.The research results show that the support scheme usingφ22 mm×2400 mm high-strength bolt combined with SKP21.8 mm steel strand anchor cable can ensure the safety of mining when the initial support force of the support exceeds 25.2 MPa,and the hierarchical support strategy can significantly reduce the probability of roof fall and rib spalling accidents.
