摘要
以自动化装配线为研究对象,分析生产线中机械制造效率的影响因素,包括定位精度、工序节拍、在线检测方法与工装夹具等,并从提高定位精度、优化工序节拍、改进在线检测方法和改良工装夹具等方面着手,提出系统性的机械制造工艺优化方案。结合某自动化装配线进行实验,结果表明,实施优化方案可有效缩短单件装配周期,提高定位精度与良品率,显著提升生产线的柔性与稳定性。
Taking the automatic assembly line as the research object,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of mechanical manufacturing efficiency in the production line,including positioning accuracy,procedure cycle time,online detection method and tooling fixture,and puts forward a systematic optimization scheme for mechanical manufacturing process from the aspects of improving positioning accuracy,optimizing procedure cycle time,improving online detection method and modifying tooling fixture.Experiments are carried out based on an automatic assembly line,and the results show that the implementation of the optimization scheme can effectively shorten the per-unit assembly cycle,enhance positioning accuracy and yield rate,and significantly improve the flexibility and stability of the production line.
