摘要
针对杜儿坪煤矿68501回风巷出现的变形破坏问题,分析了回风巷的变形破坏特征,研究了巷道出现大变形破坏的主要原因,包括巷道埋深较大、围岩整体强度偏低、受钻眼爆破影响及巷道原支护强度不够等。结合回风巷道支护需求,设计采用“预应力锚杆+预应力锚索+拱形高强度垫片+六角金属网”的联合支护方案。应用结果表明,巷道围岩稳定性得到了有效控制。
Based on the deformation failure problem in 68501 return airway in Du'erping Coal Mine,this paper analyzes deformation failure characteristics of the return airway,and studies main causes for large deformation failure in the roadway,including the large burial depth of the roadway,the low overall strength of the surrounding rock,the influence of drilling blasting and the insufficient original support strength of the roadway.Combined with the support demand of the return airway,the combined support scheme of"prestressed bolt+prestressed anchor cable+arched high-strength gasket+hexagonal metal mesh"is designed.The application results show that the roadway surrounding rock stability has been effectively controlled.
