摘要
文章以淮阴二站(南水北调东线工程第三梯级泵站)为案例,诊断出原冷却系统存在供水压力不足和自然水冷效率低下两大核心缺陷。据此提出并实施“增压循环+轴瓦空冷+智能监测调控”的综合改造方案。更新管路并增设“一用一备”增压泵保障供水压力;采用专利强制风冷轴瓦冷却器替代自然水冷;集成部署轴温、油温及冷却水温度实时在线监测系统,实现冷却效果动态评估与调控。改造后系统供水压力稳定合格率达100%;关键温度参数严格达标;机组过热停机故障完全消除;安全运行率由改造前的95.6%提升至98.8%。实践成功解决了淮阴二站机组过热问题。其创新性在于融合硬件升级与智能化监控于一体,形成了系统性的解决方案。该方案显著提升了冷却系统效能与运行安全动态管理水平,为同类大型泵站冷却系统升级提供了可复制、可推广的技术路径,具有技术特色和应用价值。
Taking Huaiyin Pump Station No.2(the third-stage pump station of the East Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project)as a case study,this paper diagnoses two major defects in the original cooling system:insufficient supply pressure and low efficiency of natural water cooling.Accordingly,a comprehensive renovation scheme of“pressurized circulation+air cooling for bearing pads+intelligent monitoring”was proposed and implemented.The pipeline system was renewed,and a“one-in-use,one-standby”booster pump was added to ensure supply pressure;a patented forced aircooled bearing pad cooler replaced natural water cooling;and an integrated real-time online monitoring system of bearing temperature,oil temperature,and cooling water temperature was deployed to achieve dynamic evaluation and regulation of cooling performance.After the renovation,the system achieved a 100%qualified rate of supply pressure stability,all key temperature parameters strictly met the standards,overheating shutdown failures were completely eliminated,and the safety operation rate increased from 95.6%to 98.8%.This practice successfully solved the overheating problem of Huaiyin Pump Station No.2.Its innovation lies in the integration of hardware upgrading with intelligent monitoring,forming a systematic solution.The scheme significantly improves the performance of the cooling system and the level of dynamic safety management,providing a replicable and promotable technical path for upgrading cooling systems of similar large pump stations,with distinctive technical features and application value.
