摘要
为探究昼夜温差对混凝土里表温差的影响规律,采用ABAQUS有限元软件,借助HETVAL子程序和FILM子程序进行二次开发,综合考虑昼夜温差大小和风速大小,模拟多种工况下的混凝土生热过程。研究结果表明:昼夜温差越大,混凝土里表温差越大,混凝土里表温差峰值出现越早,且高峰出现次数越多。混凝土表层温度和里表温差随昼夜温差变化呈现“振荡起伏”的变化趋势。环境风速会加大昼夜温差变化对混凝土里表温差的影响。环境风速越大,混凝土表层的换热效率越高,混凝土表面对昼夜温度变化的敏感性越强,从而导致混凝土里表温差越大。环境风速越大,里表温差峰值出现越早,越不利于大体积混凝土在龄期早期裂缝控制。
To investigate the influence of diurnal temperature difference on the internal-surface temperature difference of mass concrete,the finite element software ABAQUS was employed,and secondary development was conducted using the HETVAL and FILM subroutines.By comprehensively considering variations in diurnal temperature difference and wind speed,multiple working conditions of the concrete heat generation process were simulated.The results show that:the larger the diurnal temperature difference,the greater the internal-surface temperature difference of the concrete.The peak value of the internal-surface temperature difference appears earlier and occurs more frequently.Both the surface temperature and internal-surface temperature difference of the concrete exhibit an oscillatory fluctuation pattern with changes in diurnal temperature difference.Environmental wind speed amplifies the influence of diurnal temperature variation on the internalsurface temperature difference.As wind speed increases,the heat exchange efficiency of the concrete surface improves,making the surface temperature more sensitive to ambient temperature changes,thereby increasing the internal-surface temperature difference.Higher wind speeds cause the temperature difference peak to appear earlier,which is unfavorable for early-age crack control in mass concrete.
