摘要
针对汽车魔毯悬架的系统方案和实际性能,开展了基于双目立体视觉的魔毯悬架方案研究。首先,对比了魔毯悬架系统硬件优劣,选择双目相机与连续阻尼控制减振器的组合方式。其次,从相机标定、极线矫正、立体匹配和距离计算4个方面逐步解析了双目立体视觉的原理,得到所需路面冲击物信息。最后,搭建了实车环境并在典型场景下进行验证,平顺性提升效果明显,对魔毯悬架的研发具有参考意义。
A study is conducted on the system scheme and actual performance of the automotive magic carpet suspension,focusing on a magic carpet suspension solution based on binocular stereo vision.Firstly,the hardware advantages and disadvantages of the magic carpet suspension system are compared,and a combination of binocular cameras and continuously variable damping shock absorbers is selected.Secondly,the principles of binocular stereo vision are analyzed step-by-step from 4 aspects:camera calibration,epipolar rectification,stereo matching,and distance calculation,to obtain the required information on road surface impacts.Finally,a real vehicle environment is set up and validated under typical scenarios,demonstrating a significant improvement in ride smoothness,providing valuable reference for the development of magic carpet suspension systems.
