摘要
针对基于二维CAD图纸的形式开展卫星热控布局设计过程中,受限于异构CAD软件转换存在信息丢失、效率较低的问题,以及转换二维CAD图表征的单机产品脚印存在工作量大、易出错等问题。文章提出了一种基于图形交换文件(Drawing eXchange File,DXF)格式的异构CAD模型信息传递方法,对总体与热控设计分系统协同设计所需的信息进行归类、筛选、处理和转换后,以结构化的形式进行参数化表达,驱动不同CAD系统用于开展热控设计,避免了跨CAD系统的复杂装配模型的频繁转换。基于二次开发,实现了从CATIA模型到Pro-E模型的总体与热控协同设计,并应用于卫星研制中,验证了方法的可行性和有效性,此方法可为涉及各类异构CAD系统间三维模型转换的协同设计模式提供参考。
In the process of conducting satellite thermal control layout design based on two-dimensional(2D)CAD drawings,challenges arise due to information loss and low efficiency during heterogeneous CAD software conversion,as well as the substantial workload and high error rate involved in converting 2D CAD representations of single-unit product footprints.This paper proposes a heterogeneous CAD model information-transfer method based on the Drawing eXchange File(DXF)format.The information required for collaborative design between the systems engineers and the thermal control subsystem is categorized,filtered,processed,and converted,and then expressed in a structured and parameterized form to drive thermal control design across different CAD platforms.This approach eliminates the need for frequent conversions of complex assembly models across CAD systems.Through secondary development,collaborative design between CATIA and Pro-E models for systems engineering and thermal control is achieved,and its feasibility and effectiveness are verified in satellite development practice.This method provides a useful reference for collaborative design workflows involving 3D model conversion across heterogeneous CAD systems.
