摘要
福州机场第二高速公路项目全长24.3 km,沿线3座特大桥需预制2 164片混凝土箱梁。针对传统预制梁厂生产效率低、资源利用率不足、质量控制薄弱等问题,项目通过建设智慧梁厂,集成钢筋自动化加工、移动台座、全自动液压模板、智能养生、智能浇筑及智能张拉压浆系统等智能化设备,构建了基于BIM与数字孪生的协同管理平台,实现了生产自动化、管理数字化及决策智能化目的。实践表明,智慧梁厂节约用地10 022 m^(2),大幅度提升了生产效率,降低了人工成本,为桥梁工程绿色、智能建造提供了技术范例。
The Fuzhou Airport Second Expressway Project totals 24.3 km,requiring the prefabrication of 2164 concrete box beams for three major bridges along the route.To address inefficiencies in traditional beam prefabrication,such as low productivity,suboptimal resource utilization,and inconsistent quality control,an intelligent beam precast yard is constructed for the project,which integrates smart equipment including automated rebar processing,mobile molds,fully hydraulic formwork systems,intelligent curing,automated pouring,and smart tensioning/grouting systems.A collaborative management platform based on BIM and digital twin technologies is established to achieve automated production,digitalized management,and intelligent decision-making.Practical results demonstrate that the intelligent yard saves 10 O22 m^(2)of land while significantly enhancing productivity and reducing labor costs,providing a technical benchmark for green and intelligent bridge construction.
