摘要
随着复杂艰险山区高速公路建设项目规模和复杂性不断增加,传统的安全管理的方式面临诸多挑战。为提升安全管理有效性和响应速度,研究复杂艰险山区高速公路建设项目驻地人员安全数字化管理体系。对当前驻地安全数字化管理的现状进行深入分析,揭示了现有技术应用情况,分析了驻地人员安全管理面临的主要问题。创新性提出驻地安全静态数字化管理和动态数字化管控两种方式,驻地安全静态数字化管理关键环节包括驻地选址、驻地审批、驻地危险性评估和驻地常驻人员管理。驻地安全动态数字化管控涉及智慧驻地建设管理、驻地人员打卡与远程监控、驻地临灾预警管理体系建设和驻地风险一张图应用。通过“静态+动态”的数字化管理手段,构建了一个全面的建设项目驻地人员安全管理体系,旨在着力提升驻地安全管理效率,为复杂艰险山区高速公路建设项目创新安全保障解决方案。
With the increasing scale and complexity of highway construction projects in complex and dangerous mountainous areas,the traditional safety management methods are facing many challenges.In order to improve the effectiveness and response speed of safety management,the digital management system of resident personnel safety in highway construction projects in complex and dangerous mountainous areas are studied.In-depth analysis of the current situation of digital management of resident security is conducted,the application of existing technologies is unveiled,and the main problems faced by the security management of resident personnel are analyzed.Two ways of static digital management and dynamic digital control of residential security are innovatively put forward.The key links of static digital management of residential security include residential site selection,residential approval,residential risk assessment and resident personnel management.The dynamic digital management and control of residential security involves the construction and management of intelligent residential areas,the punching and remote monitoring of resident personnel,the construction of early warning management system of residential areas and the application of a map of residential risks.Through the static plus dynamic digital management method,a comprehensive construction project resident personnel safety management system is constructed,aiming at improving the efficiency of resident safety management and innovating safety guarantee solutions for complex and dangerous mountain highway construction projects.
