轻型高速公路弯道安全车速可靠性设计

Safe Speed Reliability Design for Lightweight Expressway Curves

摘要 为了保障轻型高速公路弯道路段的安全性,对其上运行车辆的安全过弯速度进行研究。首先,以车辆比功率为衡量指标,确定小客车作为轻型高速公路通行车型,建立基于车辆侧滑以及弯道停车视距约束下的弯道车速模型。其次,构建可靠度功能函数,采用蒙特卡罗方法,以一级结构安全等级、95%可靠概率为指标计算不同条件下轻型高速公路弯道安全车速。最后,通过工程实例研究了某高速公路弯道路段事故率及车速间的关系。结果表明:事故率与弯道车速有较强正相关性。在弯道半径相近时,实例路段保证车辆过弯安全所需车速与可靠度建议值较为接近,表明该可靠度研究成果对于降低道路安全风险具有一定的现实意义。 In order to ensure the safety of light expressway curved road sections,the safe cornering speed of vehicles operating on them is studied.Firstly,taking the vehicle specific power as the measurement index,the minibus is determined as the representative model of light expressway,and the curve speed model is established based on the vehicle side-slip as well as under the constraints of curve stopping sight distance.Secondly,the reliability function is constructed,and the Monte Carlo method is adopted to calculate the safe speed of light expressway curves under different conditions with the indexes of primary structural safety level and 95%reliability probability.Finally,the relationship between the accident rate and the speed of a highway curve section is studied through engineering examples.The results show that there is a strong positive correlation between accident rate and curve speed.When the radii of curves are similar,the speeds required to ensure the safety of vehicles crossing the curves in the example section are closer to the reliability recommendations.It shows that the results of this reliability research are of practical significance for reducing road safety risks.
