摘要
针对材料类专业创新人才培养需求,构建并实践“课-研-赛”一体化培养模式。“课”为基础,深化专业课程与创新创业融合,实施分层递进教学,融入成果导向教育理念及项目式方法,夯实专业根基与创新思维。“研”为核心,强化科教融合与校企协同,通过项目式实验、科研专项及“双导师制”,提升科研能力、专业素养与实践技能。“赛”为驱动,以高水平学科竞赛为平台,教师全程指导项目孵化与实践,促进知识转化与创新能力提升。三者有机贯通,并贯穿“工匠精神”培养于全链条,课程深度融合爱国情怀与职业认同,科研锤炼严谨求实精神,竞赛磨砺解决复杂问题能力。有效促进学生知识、能力、素养协同发展,实现创新人才培养与立德树人目标的统一。
In response to the demand for innovative talent cultivation in material-related majors,this paper has constructed and implemented an integrated"Class-Research-Competition"training model.This research is based on courses,aiming to deepen the integration of professional courses with innovation and entrepreneurship,implementing a hierarchical and progressive teaching approach,incorporating the concept of outcome-oriented education and project-based methods,and strengthening the professional foundation and innovative thinking.Centered on research,this training model strengthens the integration of science and education as well as the collaboration between the university and enterprises.Through project-based experiments,research specializations,and the"dual-mentor system",it enhances research capabilities,professional qualities,and practical skills.Driven by innovation competitions,with high-level academic contests as the platform,teachers provide full guidance for project incubation and practice,promoting knowledge transformation and enhancing innovation capabilities.The three elements are closely integrated and run through the entire process of"craftsmanship spirit"cultivation.The courses deeply integrate patriotic sentiments and professional identity,scientific research nurtures a rigorous and realistic spirit,and competitions hone the ability to solve complex problems.This model effectively promotes the coordinated development of students'knowledge,abilities and qualities,and achieves the integration of innovation talent cultivation and the goal of fostering moral character.
