该文针对现代化卷烟工厂内全自动烟丝输送物流系统中应用的环型多区自动空中环穿车系统,深入探讨其任务分配策略的优化问题。通过分析环型多区布局特点与环穿车运行特性,提出基于动态优先级、负载均衡和路径优化的多维度任务分配算法,旨在提高系统烟丝输送能力、降低任务等待时间并优化能源消耗。
This paper delves into the optimization of task allocation strategies for the circular multi-zone automatic aerial loop passing system applied in the fully automatic tobacco shreds conveying logistics system in modern cigarette factories.A multi-dimensional task allocation algorithm based on dynamic priority,load balancing and path optimization is proposed by analyzing the characteristics of the loop multi-zone layout and the operation of the loop vehicle,aiming to improve the system's tobacco conveying capacity,reduce task waiting time and optimize energy consumption.
