电气化铁路接触网限界门设计研究

摘要 电气化铁路限界门是设置于平交道口,用于限制超高超限车辆,避免车辆触碰接触网造成触电以及接触网倒塌的关键部件。目前电气化铁路限界门缺乏成套的规范与标准,且尚未形成完善、统一的设计方法及流程,严重影响电气化铁路限界门的可靠性。该文根据铁路、交通及建筑等行业相关规范、标准中关于限界门设置的基本规定,结合接触网系统的服役性能,确定电气化铁路限界门的设置原则、设置类型、设置限速要求以及设置方法等,可用于指导电气化铁路限界门的设计,有效提高限界门设计的统一性与可靠性,还可保证电气化铁路安全可靠的运行。 The electrified railway clearance gate is a key component installed at level crossings to restrict ultra-high and over-limit vehicles,prevent vehicles from touching the contact line,causing electric shock and the collapse of the contact line.At present,electrified railway boundary doors lack a complete set of specifications and standards,and have not yet formed a complete and unified design method and process,which seriously affects the reliability of electrified railway boundary doors.Based on the basic provisions on the setting of boundary doors in relevant codes and standards in railway,transportation and construction industries,and combined with the service performance of the catenary system,this paper determines the setting principles,setting types,setting speed limit requirements and setting methods of boundary doors for electrified railways.It can be used to guide the design of boundary doors for electrified railways,effectively improve the unity and reliability of boundary door design,and ensure the safe and reliable operation of electrified railways.
