摘要
为提升近距平行跑道的跑道容量与运行效率,该文引入配对进近模式,首先构建3种基于配对进近模式的跑道容量模型,并利用进场航空器排序问题对跑道运行效率进行研究。通过收集某日某时段长沙黄花机场的相关运行数据,分别对类隔离运行模式与采用FCFS和NSGA-Ⅱ算法的配对进近模式进行案例结果对比。结果表明,在3种构建的模型中,采用配对进近组间插入一架起飞的配对运行模式容量最大;利用FCFS和NSGA-Ⅱ算法进行配对进近运行,进场航空器的延误时间均得到大幅减少,其中NSGA-Ⅱ算法效果最佳,跑道运行效率显著提升。
To enhance runway capacity and operational efficiency for closely spaced parallel runways,this paper introduces a paired approach mode.Three runway capacity models based on this paired approach mode were first constructed,and runway operational efficiency was studied using the aircraft sequencing problem during approach.By collecting relevant operational data from Changsha Huanghua Airport during a specific period,case results were compared between a quasi-isolated operation mode and paired approach modes employing FCFS and NSGA-Ⅱ algorithms.The results show that,among the three constructed models,the paired operation mode with one departure inserted between paired groups achieves the highest capacity.Implementing paired approaches using FCFS and NSGA-Ⅱ algorithms significantly reduces arrival aircraft delay times,with NSGA-Ⅱ demonstrating optimal performance and markedly improving runway operational efficiency.
